AGR Recruiter
On active duty as a field recruiter for the United States Army Reserve.
Consistently met his recruiting goals.
On 3 separate occasions SFC McCausland was assigned on temporary duty (TDY) orders to 3 Army Reserve Centers that were under their required mobilization strength & were earmarked to receive "stand-down" orders to be deactivated.
In all 3 locations I study the local demographics, trained the primary recruiters assigned to the units, worked closely with the Unit Commanders & their staff & in all 3 assignments the AR TPU's had steady strength increases and a high retention rate. All 3 Units were able to reach and maintain their required "mobilization" strengths within 6 months to 1 year; estimated cost saving to the military versus "deactivation"... $150,000,000.00 or more.
