I wonder why Donald Trump would pull out of a debate now that there are only three GOP candidates for POTUS. I suspect that Donald Trump has not yet developed well-thought through plans to address all of the major issues. Hopefully he is working on that PFC Alexander Oliveira.
I think Fox News canceled this debate because they realized if Donald Trump wasn't on much fewer people would watch. Alternatley I think that Fox New and the other news networks arte jockeying for position in the debates between the nominees for the democrat and republican nominees for POTUS.

But you have to ask WHY did Donald drop out? If it's over Megyn Kelly, this would be the second time he's dropped out over her, and again should show the masses that he is NOT the candidate they need to vote for? If he skipped over having to explain his policies, that's another reason to think about your choice as a candidate. In Faux's case, it would come down to money. Trump's presence brings money. But either way, he's a clown who's tent is about to be deflated.

SSG Warren Swan - While I agree it could be a pouting Trump issue, I think it is for a different reason, which would be understandable from a humanity perspective.

This is a bad decision on Fox's part. All they have done is proven "the Donald" that these debates were all for ratings and not a public service. Which will embolden the Trump-bots and sway the undecided to support him because he was proven right in his assertions. They should have it with out him. I just learned that Kasich has bailed as well since "the Donald" bailed.

MSG Anthony Makar Being that the commission on presidential debates is run by the RNC and the DNC making it a forum for them to bash each other without allowing any other candidates participate, unless they choose to allow it, the debates as a whole are a farce.

It always comes down to $$$. No Trump no viewers.
Personally i would've liked to have heard Kasich finally get asked more than a question or two.
