If you're looking for an organization to continue serving with check out this Veteran Service Organization called Team Rubicon. Disasters are our business. Veterans are our passion. Team Rubicon unites the skills and experiences of military veterans with first responders to rapidly deploy emergency response teams.

PO1 J.P. Clinton, I've heard of team Rubicon and it's a great way for anyone who wants to continue to serve their country, especially 11Bravos and 11 Charlies.

As a both a retired military and a retired educator, I have been not only involved with veterans organizations and military-themed youth organizations, i enjoy sub. teaching at Oakland Military Institute. The staff is wonderful there and its fun for me. I also have been mentoring a lot of the students/cadets there.
