I guess that, with the new RP "Share Link / Ask Question / Post Update" change, is harder to identify duplicated posts. SSG Warren Swan

SGT(P) (Join to see) - It's all good Brother. And it's all in fun....except when his ass is involved. I'll be there tonight. Learning squats. Never knew 185 could actually be heavy, but 900 on the leg press is kinda easy.

The Press is an isolated exercise, the squat works way more muscles just to keep you stable going down and up. Although I like the Press more, I know the squat is a better exercise. SSG Warren Swan

So how do you call it? I know you're not using Jody calls. Do you sing or scream with a million "HOOAH's" thrown in for good measure?

SSG Warren Swan - I'm certainly not the singing type, but I can carry a small decent tune. And yes, I DO call out Jody.

MSG (Join to see) - TRADITIONAL Jody calls? How do you get away without 30 EO complaints before moving 100 yards?
