An Australian naval ship has seized a large arms cache that may have come from Iran and headed to Yemen by way of Somalia.
The Australian Navy said that one of its ships patrolling the region, the HMAS Darwin, intercepted a small, stateless fishing vessel about 170 nautical miles off the coast of Oman when it made the discovery.

That cache of weapons is about 1/1000 the amount of weapons Hugo Chavez gave to the FARC LOL. Damn Iranians and Hezbollah. Yemen is a flashpoint. You also have the Saudi and Egyptian navy and others Sunni countries also on patrol. Iran and Saudi Arabia are in a proxy war over Yemen and the Houthis are a surrogate shiite faction/militia.

That is great news that a large weapons cache has been seized in Gulf of Aden by the Australian Navy HMAS Darwin on its way to Somalia SGT (Join to see).
That and the news that 150 Al-Shabaab fighters were killed recently will hopefully slow down their expansion in the horn of Africa.
