In a capital murder case, especially when death penalty is possible, all recourses must be afforded to the defendant even if s/he doesn't want them. If there is a slight hint of mental illness that avenue has to be exhausted... I hate to say I agree, but I do in light of death row inmates cases being overturned years later on DNA or other. Make no mistake this $h!tbag will fave justice but in a way that guarantees a guilty verdict and just punishment.

Why not just buy a piece of rope instead of a bullet? At least then you will still be able to use the rope later on for something else.

I think the cost still averages out in the end. You can always reload the brass as well.

True MSG Rader, but you still have to have all the tools, powder, and of course another bullet! Not to mention the cost of your time in reloading the cartridge.
