Here we go again. Yes, we've been down this road before. Remember when Japan was "buying" America. Oh, the horror of it. Of course their economy turned south (probably because of bad investments like "buying America") and Americans were able to buy back their country for considerably less than the Japanese had paid for it. The net result was a positive cash flow for the US with the Japanese sending back all those dollars we had spent buying their cheap consumer goods. Sound familiar?

CPT Jack Durish, given the amount of sovereign debt the Chinese have on their books, I'm not surprised by this effort to diversify their holdings. I hope you are right, but I am a bit more skeptical when it comes to a hybrid Communist/Capitalist country that has explicitly stated their intent to dominate the world.
