Not picking on our Navy brethren, but HOW can one run an intelligence effort without a clearance? Definitely a WTF moment.

and the bigger question is why dont they have security clearances since there jobs require it.

PO2 Mark Saffell the article mentioned something about being under investigation for possible dirty deals. I agree, when your clearance is pulled its time to sit in the corner till the issue is resolved.
