SIRVA is hiring for: Auto Alliance Coordinator Summer Temp in Fort Wayne, IN.
Responsibilities
• Enters orders into the custom software system database for domestic/international autos.
• Dispatches domestic/international auto orders; enters revenue and payable upon delivery.
• Ensures explanatory notes are entered into the system to let other SIRVA/Alliance staff members know the exact status of orders.
• Communicates with high level executive corporate transferees (carriers and booking agents) to confirm orders and set clear expectations for service dates and service items; gathers street and email addresses, phone numbers and any other pertinent information and update systems accordingly.
• Routes confirmed orders to the Dispatch Department (scheduler, carriers and booking agents).
• Clarifies any pertinent information to ensure a successful dispatch.
• Responds promptly and accurately to a variety of inquiries via phone, email and messages. These inquires could come from Movers/Corporate Customers/Transferees/Carriers/Drivers/or SIRVA-Alliance Associates.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management or needed to support business operations.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred
Negotiation, critical thinking, customer service, the ability to maintain professionalism under stress and a basic geographic understanding
