20 yrs plus of push ups is probably why my wrist and joints in fingers are jacked up now!

Article makes some solid points. I've had sore wrists due to positioning, but it's one of those "suck it up" things. I reckon now I could try this being I'm not pressed to do a ton in two minutes, so I can experiment at will on my own timeline.

CPT (Join to see) - how in the hell am I gonna do that many correct in two minutes? That's a push up each time in under a second. I can do that for maybe 50 of them? I can't even count to 132 in two minutes verbally! Was the person who did that many a General or Admiral? If only you could see my face looking at this computer trying to think this through. I knew Hershal Walker was/is able to do a ton per day (he's a freak of fitness), Tyson when he was in fighting shape could also. Then there was the video on FB showing some Russian knocking em out, but they weren't correct by any means. But he did a ton tho.

If I was his grader I would've swept both of his arms while he was in position for showing off!! Young punk!!! I am SO guzzling this right now thinking about this Soldier!!! Orange in fact!!!
