Vietnam War
I was sent as a mortar man with the 2/327th INF, 1st Brigade, 101st Airborne Division. I was subsequently OJT trained as a Ground Surveillance Radar Operator to replace National Guard troops going home in November 1969. I maintained my 11C MOS.
