Executive Officer of Louisville, KY Command and Deputy Group Commander of 8 state geography in heartland of U.S covering river operations on the Ohio, Kentucky, Kanawa, Green, Tennessee, and part of Mississippi Rivers with 6 Aids to Navigation pusher boats with barges.

Senior Instructor at the Coast Guard's Maritime Law Enforcement School at Yorktown, VA. Coast Guard Boarding Officers spent anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks learning and/or honing their boarding techniques. Individual courses included everything from Boating Safety to Criminal Law, Defensive Tactics, Maritime Law, Narcotics ID, Fisheries Laws, plus working with other Federal Agencies such as DEA, Customs, NMFS, local LE Agents, and more. Conducted LE Patrols during Operation Desert Shield/Storm and did International LE Training in South American, Caribbean, & Central American Nations.
