After trying many different Military Occupational Specialties throughout a long career in the Guard, Reserves, and on active duty, SFC Carden finally found a home in the PSYOP regiment. He has served two tours in Korea (2001-2002, 2007-2009), one tour in Germany (1993-1994), and deployed to CJTF-HOA/MIST Ethiopia (2005), SOTF-W Afghanistan (2011, 2012), & Operation Unified Response - Haiti (2010)
I was born and raised in Durham, NC. I have been military most of my adult life. As a civilian/guardsman, I worked mostly blue collar jobs for 5 years until I decided to return to active duty. I am about to submit a retirement packet, after which I would like to enter the corporate world to utilize both my degree and my military experience to finally make some real money for a change!
