Bio
I work with Veterans to remove barriers and issues to gain meaningful employment. Veterans with service connected disabilities, homeless, recently separated from service, transitioning service members, all 18-24 year old Veterans, wounded ill or injured Veterans and their family caregivers, Veterans without a HS diploma/GED, Veterans with low income, Ex-offenders and select spouses.

Facility Chief
Managed all facility related issues including oversite of a $6 million dollar renovation project, building maintenance, grounds keeping and janitorial contracts, replacement of a 30 ton air handler and mentoring sailors.

Division Chief
Repair Division Chief, mentoring and supervising all Hull Techs, Damage Controlman and Machinery Repairmen. Leader of the Damage Control Training Team. Conducted emergency repairs during deployment.

Leading Chief Petty Officer (LCPO)
Lead Instructor and course scheduler for all Fire Fighting and Damage Control. Conducted classroom training, live fire training and live flooding drills. Taught US Navy, US Coast Guard, Civilian Fire Departments, Foreign Navy students.
During this tour (Jan 07 - Apr 08) I was selected for an Augmentation Deployment to Afghanistan.

Senior Enlisted Leader
Advisor and leader for operations and functions. Coordinated Reserve weekend activities and events. Had the privilege of being the Master of Ceremonies for the USS Boise (WWII submarine) reunion for over 75 World War II sailors.
