Station Commander
Commander of a multi-man recruiting station; trains, supervises and organizes the daily activities of four assigned recruiters; develops subordinates in leadership, prospecting, interview techniques, and the development of civilian awareness programs; documents historical and evaluative data; responsible for the station accomplishing all assigned recruiting objectives; has direct leadership responsibility for the training and accountability of all members of the Delayed Entry Program; promotes the Army image 24 hours a day.
