I have served in a verity of leadership positions. The two most fulfilling positions have been Platoon Sergeant and AIT Platoon Sergeant. I have been given the opportunity to serve as the S3 Operations NCO FWD. I feel this position has given me the inside on how to be a more effective. Currently serving as a Battery First Sergeant.
