Bio
Dr. Louis L. Fletcher is the District Coordinator of Cultural Capacity for Falcon School District 49 in Peyton, Colorado. He also spent 20 years as an officer in the United States Air Force and his final assignment was as the founding dean of the Advanced Space Operations School in Colorado Springs. He has provided leadership in K-12 and Higher Education since retiring from the USAF in 2009.
