Submarine Rigging, Crane, Weight Test Supervisor, and Production Manager
Supervised 13 military and 10 civilian personnel rigging heavy machinery out of submarines with cranes and chain-falls. Supervised daily crane operations for telescoping truck cranes. Supervised non-destructive testing on submarine and torpedo retriever weapons handling equipment. Tracked employee work hours. Production Manager, GS-13 temporary position, for 6 months completing over 600 repair jobs on three submarines meeting all deadlines for underway test trials, training, and deployment.
