Survey Recorder
Got additional training and experience as a Recorder including Instrument operation. The unit was on alert to be shipped to Vietnam which it eventually was.
I also was assigned a 3/4 ton truck and carried other personnel and our survey equipment.

Was first mis-assigned to Karlsruhe Germany to a highway construction unit where I learned some highway survey techniques, then the army found out and assigned me to an artillery unit in Baumholder Germany where I assume my regular MOS as a Recorder and learned to be an instrument operator Theodolite
