Operations NCOIC
Supervised 2 NCO's and a civilian secretary in the Recruiting Operations section of the squadron. Managed production goals and assigned goals to each program manager and supervisor. Ensured each Manager and supervisor had sufficient resources to effectively meet and exceed goals. Coordinated management meetings and produced all production statistics for staff. Made recommendations to managers on issues that could disrupt production efforts and received reports from supervisors on a regular basis that kept managers informed of issues in the field.

MEPS Senior Liaison NCO
Supervised 2 NCO's that processed all Air Force enlistees through the Houston Military Enlistment Processing Station. Ensured that all documentation submitted by recruiters was complete and accurate. Counseled enlistees on the needs of the Air Force and expectations of the processing they would endure. Discussed their desires of occupations they wanted and booked entry dates and training AFSC's. Maintained a zero erroneous enlistment record for the entire time I was in the position and recognized by the 3504 Recruiting Group for the accomplishments made by the Houston MEPS Team.

Recruiting Flight Supervisor
Supervised a team of 6 recruiters and 6 offices in a 6 county area in Southeast Texas. Ensured each recruiter was successful in meeting and exceeding goals. Managed and recorded recruiting efforts. Ensured each recruiter was aware of all assigned goals and had the resources to accomplish their mission. Maintained training standards and was recognized as the Number 1 flight in the squadron for the year and ensured each recruiter eligible earned the silver recruiting badge.

Recruiting Advertising and Publicity NCOIC
Directed and managed the advertising budget for the squadron that covered three states and included two major metro areas (Houston and New Orleans). Ensured that all recruiting flights were trained in conducting visits to Radio and Television stations that developed cooperation in airing Public Service announcements. Set up and managed educator tours to Air Force bases in an effort to develop influencers in our community and schools.
