Captain (Ret.) Bryon Scott Milam was born in Sacramento, California. He entered the United States Army 31 August 1994. He attended Basic Training and Military Police Advanced Individual Training at Fort McClellan, Alabama. He completed service in 2017 at Schofield Barracks.

Current Operations (CUOPS) OIC
Operations Officer for the most multi-functional mission support element in the Army with worldwide contingency deployment and homeland defense responsibilities.
• Produced and provided briefings, technical advice and assistance to the 25th Infantry Division Garrison Commander in all aspects of the USARHAW Operations.
• Performed daily operations synchonization, intergration, coordination and resource management planning for USARHAW in non-warfighting fuctional elements to include Operations Security, Emergency Management, Land and Training Utilization, Continuity of Operations and Law Enforcement.
• Conducted the quarterly USARHAW Training Resource Integration Conference eight times resulting in 95% utilization of Hawaii's training resources, with no commanding general adjudication.

• Coordinated the anti-terrorism modernization process, developed a plan to minimze the adverse effects on the readiness of the Contingency Command Post. Conducted training and a comprehensive review and analysis of the plan to ensure compliance.
• Conducted comprehensive review and analysis of CCP plans and submitted reports to USARPAC Senior Command to ensure compliance to existing policies, procedures.
• Ensured the coordination, integration, and synchronization of current operations and training objectives in order to meet the operational command post requirements in the pacific.

• Planned, coordinated and executed the training for assigned and attached personnel while ensuring CID Agents were qualified with their assigned weapon and with up to date certifications.
• Provided critical training and resource oversight and planning, ensuring the deploying command element, comprised of special agents and support Soldiers from across CID Command, met and exceeded all deployment requirements for the Afghanistan Theater of Operations

• Coordinated the anti-terrorism modernization process, developed a plan to minimze the adverse effects on the readiness of the 45th Sustainment Brigade and 8th Military Police Brigade. Conducted training and a comprehensive review and analysis of the plan to ensure compliance.
• Military Police Officer in Charge with a patrol area of Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter, 2 military housing areas and Fort DeRussy including Hale Koa Hotel.
• Instructed classes on up to date patrol procedures anti-terrorism training procedures and modern techniques to military police soldiers.
• Conducted Modern Army Combatives classes to ensure the all patrols were familiar and or certified in unarmed self-defense, weapon certification and the escalation of force.
