Bio 

Bruce’s service includes commanding operations in Central Europe and across the U.S. He served for two years as Commanding General, South Pacific Division, having responsibility for all military construction and civil works in the western United States (annual operating budget: $3+ billion), was appointed Deputy Director (Strategy, Plans and Policy) for the Army’s Quadrennial Defense Review team, and was responsible for the formulation of long-term strategy, force structure, and long-range planning.
