Mr. Anderson has more than 30 years of "Tri-Sector" experience in military, industry and academia. He currently is a Development Director for Kansas State University. Between 1984-2010, he served in the USMC where he rose in rank from Private to Colonel. Mr. Anderson has spent a career supporting efforts to address the complexities of the information management and decision making environments.
Experienced career in military, industry and academia. Serves as Development Director for KSU/ORSP. Prior to KSU, served as Technical Director and Senior SME for ManTech Int’l and Director for Mosaic ATM, Inc.’s Autonomous Systems Group. 1984-2010, served in the USMC, rising in rank from Pvt to Colonel. Consistently supports the complexities of the information management, innovation, technology transition and decision making environments.

Presented subject matter expertise in all matters relating to ISR at the Department, Service, Component Command and unit levels.

Responsible for over $1.4 Billion in intelligence systems programs for the United States Marine Corps.
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III certified in Program Management.
Provided executive level management for an intelligence portfolio encompassing All Source, Imagery, SIGINT programs and leadership for a complex staff of military, government civilian, and contractor employees.
Expedited fielding over 14 high profile and Urgent Operational Needs Requirement marterial solutions to Marine Forces executing operations in OIF/OEF through rapid technology insertion.

Commanding Officer
Provided technical, operational and subject matter expertisse for command and control of Marine Security Guards providing internal security for 15 US Embassies and Consulates throughout Western Europe and Canada.
Coordinated extensively with US Ambassadors and other Department of State senior officials in proper employment of Marine Security Guards and effective implementation of force protection and anti-terrorism measures.

Managed a highly skilled staff of technical experts responsible for establishing Service level policy for Imagery, Geospatial and associated information management matters for the Director of Intelligence and Commandant of the Marine Corps. Led initiative to develop future Marine Corps imagery and geospatial architectures, roles, and missions in support of future operational and technical environments.
