The Army's Sniper School generally has specific eligibility requirements, including ASVAB scores. While the standard policies typically do not allow for waivers on ASVAB scores, there may be exceptions based on individual circumstances or additional qualifications.

It's best to consult with your chain of command or an Army recruiter for the most accurate and current information regarding waivers and eligibility for Sniper School. They can provide guidance based on your specific situation and any recent changes to policies.

The National Guard sniper school just got transferred to the 233rd RTI down at Camp Robinson. Call the front desk and ask them so you get first hand information and aren't relying on questionable responses.
I would certainly take the ASVAB again after a period of studying. If you don't retake it now and just get a waiver, you'll be constantly battling with a low ASVAB/GT score for the rest of your career every time you try to do something cool.

If you can't hit the damn target, why should they make an exception?
