Hey Kolby, great question for RallyPoint. I handle Aviator recruiting for my state. The process for each state is a little different. The USAREC website may give you the broad stroke requirements and the Active Component WOFT details. That is not going to be super helpful.
Step 1, contact your State Aviation Office or Warrant Officer Strength Management Office. Our state (Ohio) does quarterly Aviator Selection Boards. Most states do a similiar process, but you’ll submit a packet to WOSM or the State Aviation Office and then there will be an interview process. If selected, your State Aviation Training Quota source manager will start getting you scheduled for school.
I am most happy to point you in the right direction. Good Luck!

Well, your going to need a written recommendation or LOR (Letter of Reference) at some point so if your in a Aviation unit you should start by talking to the pilots in your unit.
