Advice on how to prepare for this position
Be humble, prepare to understand how little you actually know about medicine when working with skilled, relevant, and knowledgeable instructors, providers, and students. Be familiar with TC3 guidelines, CPGs, and where to resource information when you don't have the answer.
Accept that you won't always know the answer and don't bullshit your way through a question when you don't know. Admit it, look it up, and deliver the correct answer in a timely manner.
