The SBA's Office of Veterans Business Development’s (OVBD) mission is to empower Veteran entrepreneurship by formulating, implementing, administering, and promoting policies and programs to equip veteran, servicemember (active duty, National Guard, Reserve), and military spouse owned small businesses with counseling, training and education, access to capital, and contracting opportunities.
