About
As the most experienced wilderness therapy program in the industry, RedCliff has successfully helped thousands of families and their children through evidence-based practices since 1993. Through the shared challenges of our field and experiential curriculum, students and staff form authentic, appropriate relationships. These relationships are the foundation of lasting change. Our students regain hope, realize their potential, and begin healing.

Veteran hiring
The skill set veterans develop through their service sets them up to be successful field guides.
Veterans:
-Are dedicated to helping others
-Are excellent team members
-Know how to work hard
-Have survival training, skills, and experience
-Are okay being uncomfortable; they know there's strength in the struggle
RedCliff Ascent uses a unique hiring process perfect for candidates with skills that are difficult to assess in typical hiring practices, making it the ideal hiring process for veterans. RedCliff Ascent works hard to continually demonstrate that our workplace is not only veteran friendly, but highly values and seeks out America's veterans.
