About

Red and White Fleet has a fleet of six passenger vessels with a state of the art 600 passenger hybrid-electric excursion vessel, two fast ferries, and three classic monohulls. We provide tours of San Francisco bay and private ferry service as well as special event cruises (like 4th of July, Fleet Week, and SailGP) and private charters. We are committed to safety, quality customer service, new technology, and creating a great place to work. We're in the business of selling memories to our clients and know that it is the professionalism and positive attitude of team that makes what we do exceptional.

Why work here

We are a family owned and operated business with roots dating back to 1892 when Thomas Crowley of Crowley Maritime at age 17 began offering stevedore services to inbound ships in his whitehall rowboat. We are a smaller organization with a strong sense of camaraderie among our staff. Every person is a key player and makes critical contributions to our shared mission. We offer generous benefits to our employees and maintain a positive, creative, and fun work environment.

Veteran hiring

We have excellent former US Coast Guard service members on staff and have been an entry point for numerous service members as they join the civilian workforce. Presently, we have a retired USCG Commander and a Lieutenant on staff leading our engineering department. If you would like to speak directly with any of our staff members, please send an email to ops@redandwhite.com.
