LC Associates assists clients with the process of receiving grants for energy-efficiency projects predominantly through NYSERDA, ConEdison and other Utility or Government Incentive Programs. Typical projects include lighting and elevator retrofits, as well as boiler and heating/cooling system upgrades, which not only save energy, but allow our clients to significantly cut down on utility and maintenance costs. We take a highly streamlined approach in expediting financial and engineering solutions, making otherwise complicated government application processes simple for our customers. Our clients do not deal with red tape!
