Temporary/As-needed Technical Support Job Details:

What you need for this position:  

- Basic technical skills  

- Excellent customer service and a team-player attitude 

- Ability to apply logic to solve computer-related problems, especially in hardware and software troubleshooting 

- Capable of walking miles a day, lifting, bending, kneeling, laying and crimping cables, loading and unloading trucks, and more

- Must be 21 years of age and older 

- Willingness to travel around U.S.

What you'll be doing:  

- Work under the direction of a Project Manager (PM) and Event Lead Technician as assigned 

- Provide customer service and technical support for executives, presenters, and event attendees 

- Load-in, setup, tear down, and load out technical equipment as directed by the event needs 

- Develop and maintain professional standards of conduct
