Military Students at Emory Law

We have students from all branches of the military, ranging in age from early 30s to mid-70s. They work for large universities, the Department of Defense, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, The Carter Center, and hospital systems, among others. Some students are retired military, pursuing second careers helping veterans. One such student is retired USMC Colonel Eddie Ray, who said of the program, “I am in the JM program to add skills and education to my military experience so that I might influence US national security and foreign policy.”
