About
Founded in 1956, Corporate Finance Associates (CFA) (www.cfaw.com) is one of the oldest and largest investment banks headquartered in the U.S. It is a network of M&A professionals united by mutual trust and respect focused on privately held companies in the lower middle-market. It is completely independent; has offices throughout the U.S., Mexico, Europe, and India; and, in the U.S., operates through its own SEC registered broker-dealer, Corporate Finance Securities, Inc. (CFS), member FINRA/SIPC.
CFA’s professional advisors in the U.S. are all securities licensed and registered to legally facilitate any type of M&A transaction in full compliance with all Federal and State securities laws; and to protect their clients from the threat of post-close deal rescission and the legal liabilities associated therewith.
The firm’s services include mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and recapitalizations. Its clients include operating companies, private equity groups, management teams, and individual investors served in either buy-side or sell-side representations.
