(AES) is a premiere defense contractor delivering customer-focused, high-quality engineering & aviation maintenance services at affordable rates. We pride ourselves on ensuring warfighter-readiness and supporting military missions worldwide.
Our History: Engineering Services & Aircraft Maintenance Affordable Engineering Services, Inc. (AES) was established in 1996 by Dan Kamdar (Chairman of the Board), to meet the ever-changing needs and requirements of our Department of Defense (DoD) customers and the United States warfighter. Over the last 21-years, AES’s contract services have been dedicated to DoD customers at multiple CONUS and OCONUS bases and sites. AES has won multiple multimillion dollar prime contracts with different branches of the DoD and subcontracts with prime contractors. Focusing on military aircraft maintenance and repair, AES has performed maintenance support on the F/A-18, E-2C, C-2A, UH-1, AH-1W, H-60, H-53, EA-6B, F-35, AV-8, B-52, V-22, and other aircraft as a prime and subcontractor. As a Prime Contractor, AES provided highly specialized Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to work on major engineering contracts over the years, performing design and development of military hardware and software systems. AES has developed formidable partnerships with several industry partners including The Boeing Company, L-3 Communications, Goodyear, Honeywell. The parties worked collaboratively on multiple DoD contracts.
AES corporate headquarters is located in San Diego, CA, with regional offices in New Jersey, Virginia, and Arizona.
