Advice for those moving here

Rents are high, and there is a housing shortage. Winters are brutal, but summers are awesome! Best fishing anywhere! Many sports venues to enjoy. We have a very diverse, and inclusive population. Best of all, we are Veteran friendly, and support our service members!!!
