Things to avoid here

Snowbirds and the traffic they bring in Fall & Winter months. Otherwise stay away from East end of Fort Myers and certain parts of downtown. Another area to stay clear from is Pine Manor... aka...”Crime Manor”.

Advice for those moving here

If you have never lived in Florida before and you are from up north... We DON’T have basements and barely an attic in the roof....so sell all the stuff you will not need or use BEFORE you move here and end up without use of your car garage. :)
