When sending a care package to a US Soldier currently posted at Camp Lemonnier, is it okay to put the Soldier's rank in front of their name on the package or is it an official (AFRICOM/Camp) directive not to do so? Trying to settle a question posed by relatives of said Soldier and I need the correct answer. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

The web site for the command says:The Family Readiness Group mission is to act as an extension of the unit in providing official, accurate command information; provide mutual support between the Command and the Family Readiness Group membership; advocate more efficient use of community resources; help families solve problems at the lowest levels.
