My basic "Rule of Thumb" I follow when shopping online...If it comes from TEMU or FB Marketplace, it's probably sketchy. Beyond that, I normally review independent consumer review pages before I purchase an unknown product.

This can be even more confusing given the fact that manufacturers can change the look of a medication. It is useful to have a pharmacist to verify it is, in fact, the real thing
