I have never ever and I mean ever trusted Russia with anything...when backed into a corner that bear will use every weapon in their arsenal if they thought their country is falling apart...nothing to lose mentality!

I just cannot comprehend why anyone would advocate a nuclear war, even as a passing comment. What nation with nucs would set back and allow an nuclear attack on their country without retaliation? And that would naturally lead to further use of nucs by both sides. There would be no "limited" war.

Everyone should dust off your copy of "On The Beach," book or movie, and refresh yourselves on the end result of a global nuclear war.
