We didn't have much sliced bread when I was a kid. My grandmother, as my mother did, baked once a week. They were good times. :)

SFC (Join to see) - The smell of bread baking was the best, my father alway baked bread, cinimon rolls, dinner rolls and other things, he was a retired cook from the navy, retired in 1961.

SGT (Join to see) - Great memories. You brough some back that I forgot about. My mother would make cinnamon rolls from the left over scraps of bread dough. Boy were they good!!! Us kids couldn’t wait. :)
Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
