Those are percentages.
29% aren't disabled,
63% are disabled
46% are perma-disabled (that makes for roughly 2/3 of the disabled folks)
The remaining 8% of the 29+63 are in evaluation right now.

I, like SSG (Join to see) was not sure how the numbers make sense...they don't add up by service. Then I started going by category....hey math was never my strong point. It gets to around mid 90s (or some room for error) in each category (to be honest I stopped after 2). Would love some clarification on that because the numbers don't add up by service.
