Master Training Specialist (CNET)

Master Training Specialists serve for an established evaluation period as an Instructor in a Training role before they are certified by formal board action authorized by the Chief of Naval Technical Training.

Usually, certification follows a successful assignment to a Training Command. Meet established requirements that included a demonstrated excellence in leadership, technical competence, application of instructional methodology, and desire to improve fleet readiness through quality instruction.
