Everybody I have ever known who served as a recruiter reported it as rewarding and fulfilling tour. If it were available to me, I would strongly consider it.

I completely agree that's why I love the job so much.you get to see where people are from and it's truly amazing to watch them succeed. almost like your own children lol

SSG, they recently cut down the extra $450 a month to $300, don't know if that will influence your decision or not but I thought I'd let you know!

I'd do it! I enjoy interacting with people and this would be a great way to do so. The change in extra pay wouldn't bother me since I'm not used to getting it and anything extra is always nice.

Yeah, but SSG Woods you would then be the Hooah in that comminuty for the next three years. I enjoyed being the "Soldier" in my neighborhood.

Yes, Army is getting smaller equates to smaller mission for recruiters which means success. Seems like an easy decision.

sir, that would be awesome if it was true. mission change hasn't happened to much and the fact that we made it harder to join events the playing field. recruiting is hurting right now and we need good leaders enlisted and officers to bring it back up.
