I am currently trying to re-class into the medical proponent as a 68A. I’ve talked to retention and I need a LOR from a field grade officer in the medical field for my packet to reclass

I want a job that will translate well to the civilian world, and unfortunately I do not want to turn wrenches on helicopters or airplanes when I’m out of the army. I’d rather use my mechanical and electrical skills to work on hospital equipment.
