With the ongoing investigation and the possibility of criminal charges being filed why do people think Clinton is a successful politician?

In the United States there is a presumption of innocence until proven guilty, but even with that she hasn't even been charged with anything yet. Personal opinions aside that's not how our system of justice works, the system that most of us swore to defend, the system we would all hope would work the same for us. They have been trying to charge or implicate her of something ever since her husband was elected president in 1993 and nothing has ever stuck. So she is supposed to sit out an election waiting for adjudication that may take months or even years to come to conclusion? Really? Don't sit on your hands waiting for something to happen for her not to become president. That's how Trump became the presumptive nominee for the Republican Party. Everyone else was waiting for something to happen and he would be gone, didn't happen. If you don't want Clinton to be president, the path is easy, vote for Trump.

CPT Pedro Meza - oh sure, she was "standing by her man". The trouble is, she was standing on the necks of his victims in doing so. She's a liar and a cheat, which is common to those of her political affiliation. I have the utmost contempt for her and those like her, regardless of gender.

Perception is reality. There is no way so many scandals surround one person without some merit. It's not a right wing conspiracy; she's just a lying piece of shit.

Many Americans believe it's ok to be laxy-daisy of choosing a president while many Americans are recognizing there are actual ramifications and sometimes irreversible damage that's not in our country's best interest and rather the interest of who even knows anymore. The media uses the example of Trump giving money to the charitable donation. It was for kids. Trump has given children's charity money before even to Micheal Jackson charity. What should be of interest is that the Clinton foundation used the money for personal expenses instead.

SFC David Pratt - If what you say is true, if 'perception is reality' then we should try George Bush and Dick Cheney for war crimes.

Disqualified by whom? That's what voters are for. They will decide how much or how little importance the email thing has for them.

Has none to me unless and until an indictment is filed, which is highly unlikely.

The FBI is taking care of that....Several indictments are coming down...the only way she is avoiding prison is fleeing to another country. A Presidential pardon would not even save her since pardons are for crimes convicted of and it is obvious the FBI is holding some for after the election so she may be charged when a moral administration and AG is in place...
