Why was my appeal updated to No Appeal Filed after I was in the Pending Decision Approval phase?

I concur with what everyone so far has responded with. The VA has 7 days to send out a decision later, or statement of case, or supplemental statement of case before your accredited Veteran Service Organization (VSO) can even share what is in the VA system. If you appointed a VSO as your POA, one of their VA-accredited members can look you up in the system and check on the status.

Everything has been moved to va.gov you won't see anything on ebenefits

Usually they post either a new disability rating on the dash board or new disability letter in eBenefits. There should be a denial letter there if it was denied. There may be a day of lag between the status change and the communication items I mentioned.
