Who thinks it is time for boots on the ground in Iraq again?

It's time. We need another Desert Storm. Put all units on the Line of Departure, (the Iraqi border) and move north. Take out any ISIS resistance all along the way. The Rules of Engagement will also have to be amended. We will not be trying to win the hearts and minds of anyone. Wishful thinking...

Nope. We do that and we get to replay the last 13 years. Daesh is dying slowly, but the COA that the US has adapted allows time for our regional partners to increase their ability to fight.
