Where is the best place to submit info to participate Class Action Lawsuit against 3M for combat ear plugs (Green on 1 end Yellow on 1 end)?

There is apparently a Class Action Lawsuit being formed against 3M on the grounds that the combat ear plugs that the us military issued (Green on one side Yellow on the other) were either defective, or did not protect hearing anywhere as effectively as claimed by 3M.

Does anyone know the "best" place to submit your info to participate in this lawsuit? I have moderate to severe hearing loss and severe tinnitus. I used those issued (and required" ear plugs for 2 deployments (27 months). I don't want to give my specifics to some half rate law firm, etc. I do want to participate but don't know the best place to submit my info.

Can anyone help?

They asked me for my VA.GOV name and PW. Kinda made me nervous, and they seemed very insistent because it would be easier for them since they know what they need. Logical, but seems kinda of a HIPPA thing. Im still holding out.

Call this number, they are the main attorney for the class action lawsuit. Thet need to be held responsible for falsifying data on the earplugs to get the contract and never fixing the issue of cheap materials that lead to many hearing losses.

Did you ever end up filing any paperwork for this ear plug thing? I'm still considering it. I have tinnitus and hearing loss after my deployments.

I still have mine and was using them for shooting up till a couple weeks ago when the story about them sucking hit. No wonder I'm deaf as a hammer.
