So I head to ALC at San Antonio in about a month, and I haven't been in the area in a few years now. Where are the best spots for a good meal and a cold drink?

If you like good beer and a great burger, head to the River Walk and find a british pub joint called mad dogs. Order the braveheart burger and a beer.

My favorites are Dough Pizzeria Napoletana, The Quarry Hofbrau & Beer Garden, and down on the RiverWalk the Iron Cactus for margaritas and Tex-Mex.
