I need a copy of AR 611-1 and/or DA Pam 611-21 from 2006. Can anyone help me out?
Okay, my fault. I did not include this in my original post because I thought it went without saying, but I have done searches on Google, Bing, APD, etc. I guess I should have worded my question as:
Can anyone help me out with providing a copy of AR 611-1. I have the 1994, 1995, and 2019 versions. I need any that fall before 1994 and those that fall between 1995 and 2019
And can anyone help me out with providing a copy of DA Pam 611-21. I have the 1999, 2007, 2017, 2018, abd 2019 versions and need any that fall before 1999 and between 1999-2007.

APD has some superseded pubs. You have to do a search on the site and sift.

LTC Jason Mackay I changed my privacy settings. I had them set that so that only those that I am associated with could see my profile and had forgotten that I had those settings implemented because I rarely use this site. I was not doing anything against community standards as you stated. I just didn't want my info out there because I rarely use this site.

SFC Monica Primus according to APD, the current AR 611-1 was "SUPERSEDED AR 611-1, 09/30/1997" so you need that one?

If you can find a clean copy of the 1997 version, at the bottom of Page 1 of the regulation (right where the Table of Contents starts) it will tell the superceded version in little print. This link's version is not great. Also on that same page, it lists the staff proponent for the regulation with the official address and sub-staff section. A little leg work and you can find the actual belly button, or at a minimum mail them a request.
In the summary of change for the 1997, it also says that the policy portions of AR 431-101, 411-112, and 611-201 were consolidated into AR 611-1.
Lots of information in the first few pages of a regulation that everyone skips.
